Aria is the leader of the Licentios, a Mutant Rebellion that aims to crush the Vlada Par'Gonis and the Norma and free Mutant-kind from subjugation and mistreatment. They rarely share much information from their past, and their reckless and aggressive nature has made them a thorn in the side of the Imperium. They lead the Rebellion from the front lines and only put their people through what they, themselves, would face.
Due to this leadership method, they have many loyal followers and the Rebellion are strong, brave and buoyed by them. They appear to hold a particular hatred for the leader of the Inquisition, Alia Vladoris, and is determined to crush the Imperium’s hunting dogs under foot.
Their mutations and standing have made them a hero of many Mutant songs and stories, and even though they are naturally secretive and share very little, they are highly trusted to raise Mutants to freedom.
Important Features
- Completely covered in scars, their features are cracked, damaged and marred with scars and battle wounds.
- Has very long and pointed ears, a typical sign of being a mutant.
- Hair is a mane of damaged feathers that can bristle or fan out when they are aggravated or in a fight.
- Has scatterings of feathers all over their face, and their eyebrows are actually feathers as well.
- Has very angular features.
- Body is slightly muscular and athletic.
- Has dark blue skin with jagged purple stripes.
- Right eye is light pink, is missing their left eye.
- Has light pink and curly horns on their head. They look almost iridescent.
- Props for them are primarily weapons, they often very little in the way of physical possessions. Prefers using daggers and getting up close with those they're fighting. Can sometimes carry banners or flags for the rebellion. Can be drawn with anything they might need as a leader of the rebellion, including paperwork or plans. Has no visible powers, so will never show a change in their body when fighting.
- Poses can be fighting, working at the rebellion hideout, making plans, reading, or dealing with any of those within the rebellion. They're often aggressive, proud and regal, are a powerful leader and well respected figurehead. They stand out and they make sure others are aware of their presence. Can be drawn being trained when they were a kid, covered in blood, chained up, injured or hurting others.
- Expressions are generally very serious, severe, aggressive and humourless. They rarely smile, unless they're smiling in fury or rage. They rarely laugh because they have to be serious to lead their rebellion, and wish to avoid any signs of perceived weakness. Can sometimes look lost in thought or distant when their guard is down. Presents a strong, regal face when leading the rebellion into a mission or battle.
- Can be drawn with any member of the rebellion, platonically. Treats them like an army, often keeping up walls around themselves, no matter how close they are. They have a good deal of loyalty with all of the rebellion members.
- Can be drawn with their sibling Alia, the two are not close and are often at other ends of the battlefield. Aria yearns to kill their sibling and has a lot of anger towards her.
- If drawn with the imperium, they'd be chained, angry and struggling to fight them and get out of their grasp. Likely spitting insults and snarling.

Ko'Vladis is the main Citadel of Via'Korrik, and the home to both the Inquisition and the Vlada Par'Gonis, the ruling class and religious sect that control and create laws in the world. Adrien works with Bella quite closely, practicing dance routines and creating music that will match her performance style. Though he is slightly over familiar with her and will sometimes receive threats in return. They've developed a teasing, playful relationship. Adrien likes getting her to come out of her shell and is trying to help her find comfort in other people's presence.
He also enjoys buying her new outfits, often dragging her out with him. Adrien has let Bella see into his mind so she has a good grasp over his feelings and how he struggles with himself and his upbringing. She shows signs of frustration at him hiding his struggles, but doesn’t bring it up. They very rarely discuss their pasts, he finds comfort in knowing she understands a similar upbringing and they fill their time with not thinking about their struggles.

Current
Adrien found his way to the Limbo Freak Show by chance. They were performing in town, to offer solace to the people during a hard economic hit. When he saw their show he saw a chance to escape from the life he'd been caged to. They saw his interest and saw something in him that was seeking freedom. He agreed to join them and travel to help bring light to other people.
He became their musician and choreographer. The Show has given him a sense of family and he's coming out of his shell a lot, finding comfort in their company.
History
Adrien was born to two musical geniuses. Isabella and Mateo Giovanni de Luca. The atmosphere he grew up in was suffocating and very strict. His oldest sister, Maria, grew to be cruel and unpleasant as well. Both Adrien and his younger sister, Ani, were struggling under their parents. Neither wanting to be constricted to their parent's plan for them. Even from a young age, Adrien has been very talented with instruments and music. The pressure of his parents made him avoid his responsibilities as much as possible in order to push back about it.
Becoming a little jaded and neglecting himself and his emotions, he tried to protect his sister as much as possible. When his father died, his mother grew even more controlling. Likely to help bring some more control into her life, that she believed she'd lost. When he realised she was going to lock him into a life he didn't want, he left home with no word to his mother or sister, only giving Ani a way to contact him.

Leaving home
Around the age of twenty, he finally managed to pull out from under his controlling mother. Not long after his father died and her treatment and personality worsened. This event helped him escape an abusive situation, and opened up his life for freedom and a chance to be comfortable in himself again.
Joining the show
Met and joined the freak show very soon after leaving home. Working a dead-end, boring job just to survive, he went to see them perform in the nearby town and was brought in by day/night, who saw a great deal of musical talent in him (As well as a lot of pain).
Reconnecting with his sister
A few years after having joined the freak show, he received word from his sister, Ani, that she was free from their parents and searching for her own direction in life. This event took a great deal of weight off his shoulders. Adrien is highly proud of his sister, and writes to her as much as he can.
