Atiphus is an Enforcer for the High Sanctum. They’re used when a crime has happened and often there’s a mystery involved. They're primarily an interrogator and are a highly skilled Enforcer that enjoys their job, if only because it keeps them entertained. They decorate their body and mask with beautiful, expensive and rare fabric so that they can ensure a high standing in their world.
Their people aren’t meant to show any of their face and the more beautiful your mask, the more important you are. They and Sopheus work closely with the High Sanctum and can be sent to do any job for royalty, such as solve murders, chase runaway slaves, or deal with traitors.
They are fiercely protective of their sibling, and stand sturdy by their side, despite the Oscurna being critical of them. Atiphus is known as the Golden-Eyed Enforcer due to their impressive ability to see the truth and know when others are lying.
Important Features
- Very feline features, like their gait, legs and tail.
- Feet are clawed and tail is large and bushy with many eyes all over it.
- Face is never shown, instead covered in a beautiful and intricate mask.
- Has one large golden eye on the front of their mask and their ears are visible on the top of their head.
- The skin that’s visible is furred, bright colours and almost appears like marble with multiple colours in a mosaic pattern.
- Has a chain around their leg.
- Props are minimal, they have very few material possessions. They can be drawn with a multitude of beautiful fabrics that they use to decorate themselves, but besides that they only really own their enforcer badge, which they always have on them. It's an official, detective badge, with the royal families crest on.
- Poses are often quite simple, graceful and refined. They have an easy gait, can gesture with hands, tail and legs, but never act over the top or excessive. They consider their movements greatly before doing anything. Very particular about their appearance. Can also be drawn on the job, investigating or interrogating.
- For expressions, they move their ears around a little to show some semblance of emotion. Due to covering their face and not having any visible features, it's hard to see emotions through any other way than their speech or gestures. The majority of their presentation comes through in their body language.
- Can be drawn with anyone else from War of Choices, their relationships with others can differ depending on who it is, the majority of their relationships are very distant, kept at arms length, and closed off. They are not inclined to make friends or companions.
A world torn apart by war and cruelty, Vanneth is a beautiful land of beautiful beasts and locations as high as the clouds.
Vanneth is a land of tall mountains, waterfalls and lush forests and plant-life. It's a picturesque land with creatures that have no equal, often decorative and luxurious. This beautiful land is torn by a war between two sects. The Sky Castle, a beautiful golden winged home, which is the seat of the Vitascan. It sits at the very top of a mountain, surrounded by clouds and is almost impossible to see most of the time.
It's enemy lies within the High Sanctum, an intricate capital with a masque statue, the home to the Oscurna. It rests in a valley, surrounded by waterfalls and lush rainforests, and its reach is far further than imagined. Though this land looks peaceful and incredible, it hides ruins of war, and the destruction of people and their livelihoods under gold gilding.

Adrien works with Bella quite closely, practicing dance routines and creating music that will match her performance style. Though he is slightly over familiar with her and will sometimes receive threats in return. They've developed a teasing, playful relationship. Adrien likes getting her to come out of her shell and is trying to help her find comfort in other people's presence.
He also enjoys buying her new outfits, often dragging her out with him. Adrien has let Bella see into his mind so she has a good grasp over his feelings and how he struggles with himself and his upbringing. She shows signs of frustration at him hiding his struggles, but doesn’t bring it up. They very rarely discuss their pasts, he finds comfort in knowing she understands a similar upbringing and they fill their time with not thinking about their struggles.

Current
Adrien found his way to the Limbo Freak Show by chance. They were performing in town, to offer solace to the people during a hard economic hit. When he saw their show he saw a chance to escape from the life he'd been caged to. They saw his interest and saw something in him that was seeking freedom. He agreed to join them and travel to help bring light to other people.
He became their musician and choreographer. The Show has given him a sense of family and he's coming out of his shell a lot, finding comfort in their company.
History
Adrien was born to two musical geniuses. Isabella and Mateo Giovanni de Luca. The atmosphere he grew up in was suffocating and very strict. His oldest sister, Maria, grew to be cruel and unpleasant as well. Both Adrien and his younger sister, Ani, were struggling under their parents. Neither wanting to be constricted to their parent's plan for them. Even from a young age, Adrien has been very talented with instruments and music. The pressure of his parents made him avoid his responsibilities as much as possible in order to push back about it.
Becoming a little jaded and neglecting himself and his emotions, he tried to protect his sister as much as possible. When his father died, his mother grew even more controlling. Likely to help bring some more control into her life, that she believed she'd lost. When he realised she was going to lock him into a life he didn't want, he left home with no word to his mother or sister, only giving Ani a way to contact him.

Leaving home
Around the age of twenty, he finally managed to pull out from under his controlling mother. Not long after his father died and her treatment and personality worsened. This event helped him escape an abusive situation, and opened up his life for freedom and a chance to be comfortable in himself again.
Joining the show
Met and joined the freak show very soon after leaving home. Working a dead-end, boring job just to survive, he went to see them perform in the nearby town and was brought in by day/night, who saw a great deal of musical talent in him (As well as a lot of pain).
Reconnecting with his sister
A few years after having joined the freak show, he received word from his sister, Ani, that she was free from their parents and searching for her own direction in life. This event took a great deal of weight off his shoulders. Adrien is highly proud of his sister, and writes to her as much as he can.
